Has anybody read it yet?How is it different from the New Schofield?
its Scofield and he was a full-on dispensational heretic. He walked out on his wife and child, wasn't a Baptist and propogated what the Plymouth Brethren and Darby started..... stay as far away as you can from his dispensational tripe.
This is a book used in a course of Liberty University: http://www.liberty.edu/ I have not read it yet, as I have taken that course, but it's coming up soon.
Please don't hide your feelings and let us know how you really feel.
Truthfully your preference will revolve around your feelings on dispensationalism. If you agree then you will like it, if you don't then you won't. I personally own one, but I guess I'm a heretic. Go figure.
Now that we have been given a Scofield history lesson, what are some of the other advantages/disavantages found in the Scofield III?
