I found an interesting article in the Syracuse Post-Standard. The interview was about a Syracuse man who had a heart transplant 25 years ago! Toward the end of the end of the article, there is a "Then" and "Now". The second from bottom in part stated: "Because more people are wearing shoulder belts, crime rates are down and neurological care has improved, suitable organ donors are even harder to come by. Just thought this was an interesting point that was made. Salty PS, I am NOT suggesting seat belts not be use - but remember for "every action, there is a reaction"
