Speaking at a fund raiser in Los Angeles today (4/17), the multi-term Senator from California, "warned that Democrats must match the Tea Party's energy and enthusiasm or face the consequences in November."

Boxer added that, "At this point, I think the polls are showing that there is more enthusiasm with the tea party party..." and, "I think it is absolutely a fact that we have to match that enthusiasm."

In conclusion, she said, "I'm just going to do what I've always done."

Doing what you've always done, will not "gid er done," Barbara! Look around and see that the excitement and momentum generating the groundswell of the Tea Party party has its impetus in the desire to make real changes in how things are done in DC, by listening to the voice of the people.

I am Pastor Paul, and I approve the above. It does not contain anything that is dishonest, nor, does it present anything but my opinion of what may happen if Senator Boxer doesn't get aboard the express, and make the kind of changes these Tea Party folks are so hungry for.

Yeah, Barbara, you do that. The whole Democrat Party will do that. And, you can bet your boots, most of the Republican Party will do the same. Where your anchor holds.... The Democrat Party will give us more liberals..... they will only 'moderate liberal' where there is a real challenge by the Republican Party. And the Republican Party will do its thing with the same.... give us more liberalized Republicans and marginalize the more conservative of its runners out of the primary contest...... and disparage their cause so that they really don't present much difference as before..... and MANY PEOPLE will accept the paradigm that they 'only had two choices' cause they buy into the propaganda that no one else can win. Both parties and leadership maintain their holds with their shill puppets and their rhetoric against those who see the big issues as constitution, taxes and budgets and home economy, more attention to home -country and our own defense, and less involvement in the UN and the policing of the world.

When a choice is given at the polls this year.....
Those people who are truly FREE, will vote their choice, not their party.
Those people who are bound by fear or party allegiance... may vote but they are not free.
The hopes of many wanting change may be dashed.... because no major party offered the choices needed to make a difference in the course of our country or how the local districts are represented in Congress, and, if the attacks on the Tea Party are successful in silencing their voice and their vote from the knowledge and involvement of the general public..... THEIR VOTE WILL SPOIL YOUR ELECTIONS AND YOU WILL NOT WIN......because you failed to sever those barriers which separate the elected from the voters.... and prevented those candidates from giving the free people a choice.

    On Another Post, You Said,

You were at one time on the Hill. What was your elected position?

    Once as a child tourist.
Several times driving around the Washington DC beltline with several deliveries to a place in Marlboro... east side of Wash...if recalled correctly.

Elected position:tongue3: driving a condo cab with a 53 foot trailer, solo.

My hope is the Tea Party beats both the Demcrat and Republican candidate, and I have no idea who the Republicans are running in California. My guess is that it is a pro establishment, big government, anti-Constitution watered down liberal, the same, old, tired pattern.

Charlie Crist is expected to leave the GOP and run as an independent for Senate here in Florida. That's probably the best move for him because the Republican Party is so far to the right and he's one of the few reasonable Republicans left.

Charlie is loved by the far left leaning Daytona Beach New Journal. He isn't a conservative and that is why I didn't vote for him.

Exactly...Charlie is a joke...he needs to leave the GOP. He's in the pocket of the teacher's union.

The thing for me is the presumptive Democratic nominee, Rep. Kendrick Meek, is pro-choice and I'd rather vote for a reasonable, moderate, pro-life candidate who is not a Republican if given the chance. So, as of today, I'm leaning towards Crist. Charlie Crist visited my church a few weeks ago and stayed after and talked to people. I didn't get a chance to speak to him because I had to leave right after.
