    I see now, if a person swears by God to do his job, he must be under God's favor.

    KenH: What about the Necessary and Proper Clause? Isn't it significant that this clause with its implied powers' authorization was so phrased in place of our first constitution's Expressly Delegated Powers Clause?

    SheEagle: Although preambles to any constitution have no force of law, if they did, why wouldn't Alabama's be a violation of the No Establishment Clause of the First Amendment as applied by the Fourteenth Amendment--and thus void?
