The only thing I can figure is that Joe Arpaio has been standing too close to those illegals he is arresting and the drugs they are importing have somehow infected his brain if he thinks Governor Rick Perry is tough in illegals. Under his administration the governor has encouraged safe areas in Texas where the illegals can go and not be sought out for deportation by the local police and even worse let go by them if they come across an illegal. He has also set up for their children 100,000 dollars free tuition at the tax payer expense for higher education making Texas a magnet for illegals. No Mr. Perry is not a conservative in the area of illegals. Joe Arpaio is very confused.
