    2 John

    9b :
WH NU : the one remaining in the teaching
var/TR : the one remaining in the teaching of Christ

'The wording in WH NU has the best documentation, both early and diverse." (p.793)

12 : TR NU : our joy may be full
var/WH : your joy may be full"

"The variant has superior documentation." (p.794)
    _______________________________________________________

    3 John

8a : WH NU : we ought to support such men
var/TR : we ought to receive such men

Comfort says that the WH NU reading has superior attestation. The variant has inferior, late attestation. The WH NU reading "speaks of greater commitment on the part of believers." (p.796)

9 : WH NU : I wrote something to the church
    var/TR : I wrote to the church
var 2 : I would have written to the church

Once more, the NIV sides with the TR here.
"The WH NU reading has strong documentation, both early and diverse." (p.797)

In only one place (regarding textual variants) did TR agree with NU. And that was in 2 John 12.
