Sunday, September 12, 2010 is the first day of our new church!!

    Please pray that God will be glorified in this new church and that we will be a tool to spread the Gospel to the town of Brookhaven on Long Island. I'm so excited to see what God is going to do!!

    But for now, I'm going to bed. I'm tired and have a headache from having been up late each night and up early each morning getting ready for this. :)

    Thanks for the prayers everyone!! It was an awesome morning. We had 71 people including all our staff - but not including children. We did have about 15 people come from our home church to support us but I'd say there were a good 15 people who were new including a couple who was staying at the hotel and were looking for a church! They loved it!! They were going to go to another large church just down the block but that church is VERY Pentacostal so I'm not sure that they would have liked that style. ;)

    But all went really well and we know that God was glorified so that was our goal.
