    Sorry to dig up old history from page one but need to. Took time out to watch city council and three more pages magically appeared [​IMG]

    I could say that is a very sexist thing to say, but I wouldn't dare and anyway I probably wouldn't :D (Yes, that is a ploy to say what may be on my mind without saying it :) So, de ploy me, I'm sure someone will want to [​IMG]

    Didn't know you were one of them, nor did anything I said include any bias at all. [​IMG] Nor is that the reason I haven't responded [​IMG]

    Boards are full of strange people, strange ideas, and if that bothers you find something else to do.

    As to protecting the folks on the board from false teaching, that is a job not you nor any dozen people can do except the Spirit that lives within them, so don't take on more responsibility than you should. Yes, speak what you feel is the truth, but some will bow to false teaching and some will reject it.

    Dear Brother Joseph,
    I would enjoy that very much. Thank you for your prayers for the ministry here and for the community of Paron, Thank you to Brother Ed. We do certainly need all your prayers for strength and humility.

    We love Paron and have been very much blessed here by the Lord; in some ways it is a study in contrasts, if you know what I mean.

    I have learned much humility since being here and I praise the Lord for that virtue being added to me.

    Mercury.....Thats a fine principle in person, but why should one have to on a board when open discussion is allowed and the fact you don't get interupted. I agree, in person that is very wise to walk away, I have done that lots of time myself. I know when it is best to shut up.

    On the board though. I am not one to make really long post like some people so i keep it short and to the point with the understanding I can expand later if I need to.

    so whats wrong with that ?

    If I was a Pastor, Mod, or Admin. had a Dr. before my name, Or even a man I wouldn't be treated as i am here.

    Until I went to the Moderator's Forum (where problems get discussed) I did not know you were a woman.

    When I found that, I was appalled at your language and inuendo toward Joseph. Actually, I HAVE a "doctor" in front of my name and if I talked that way to a woman, I would hope the moderators would warn me to be careful.

    Please.

    What point would that be? Evidently Jbot got tired of your syruppy pseudo-piety sooner than I did.

    We're trying to KEEP you here and not get suspended. This is a highly moderated site and you have caught the attention of a number of moderators.

    Hang in there, and simply be careful what you post. Nobody here trying to hurt you - only trying to help you see how a little change could help.

    RFW, you should not listen to PM's about others -- that is talking behind people's backs. Why don't you give yourself time to get to know people?

    You are not being attacked -- you are being given advice. Good advice. You should heed it. In fact, you have made personal negative remarks to people here that surprise me. Try to stick to the topics and don't make personal remarks.

    And being a woman has nothing to do with any post responding to you. There are plenty of us women who post on the BB and I have not noticed any problems or bias with that except from one person who used to post and is not around anymore. He wasn't here that long, either.

    Please take the advice!

    We are told here that we were called because we fit in so well; when I came last August (04) in view of a call to pastor, I told them just what I was and what I believe, that is I showed them my Official Hillbilly Dictionary and they still voted to call me. We have been blessed to be made at home here and most people in the community receive us very well.

    I know what pms to listen to and which not to. If someone is confirming what I know to be true than it is true for me.

    I have yet to sway you about ME so why do you think you all can sway me about them ?

    This is what I noticed - this thread has been used for hateful and hurtful words and so will be shut down. It serves no purpose any longer (if it ever did).
