Time Inc. Home Entertainment has a beautifully done picture book with definitions, causes, solutions, and, are you ready, actions so as to slay this imaginary dragon before it's to late.
    (Title)
Global Warming.....The Causes. The Perils. the Solutions. The Actions: What You Can Do. $10.99 in the Safeway magazine section. Says it's to be displayed till 12-24-07. Has a stranded Polar Bear on a piece of ice, presumedly wondering how man could have done this to him, as its cover.

I'm an admitted skeptic, but this piece of work is a collection of the best the socialist, save the planet bunch, has come up with yet. It's a hoot. And lots of pretty pictures, so even ................ would like it.

Global warming is a ruse to convince working people all over the world to pay an income tax. If the weather is actually getting warmer all the money in the world will not lower the temperature 1/2 a degree.

It is about far more than income tax. It is about socialism/communism

I have a copy of Al Gore's AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH
-- The Crisis of Glob al Warming (Viking, 2006).
It isn't the REAL version, it is the dumbed down,
    easy reading Version.

Just the melting of the polar ice caps
(Greenland & Antartica) will add enough water
to the mean sea level to drown cities & countries.

Bye Bye, New Orleans -- we loved you
Bye Bye, Miami -- El paso de casa
Bye Bye, Calcutta -- yo inglash sookoth

    etc. etc.

Whatever else may be true or false, we have this precious promise from God:
"While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease". Gen 8:22.

Amen, Brother Tentmaker -- good verse!!

    ----------------------------------------------------
The following writing is dedicated to the
seedtime Fall on the Siberian North Shore
    (if it rains enough???).
    ----------------------------------------------------

Once the Ice caps melt, the Hot House
    Phenomena will compound.

2101 - Welcome to the Earth!

The Great deserts are (by size):

    The Saraha Desert (Africa)
    The Amazon Desert (S. America)
    The Euphrates/Saudi Desert (Asia)
    The Mississippi Creek's Desert (N.America)
    The Yangtze Desert (Asia)
    The Ganges Desert (Asia)
    The Congo/South African Desert (Africa)
    The Ukraine Desert (Asia)
    The Great Australian Desert (Australia)

The super powers/breadboxes are (by size):

The N. Coast of Siberia (Asia)
    Hudson bay (N. America)
    Antartica (Antartica)

    I.E.:
    The Euphrates/Saudi Desert (Asia)
-- bye bye Iraq, Iran, the whole Middle East

    The Amazon Desert (S. America)
-- bye bye Brazil, Argetina & Chile

    The Mississippi Creek's Desert (N.America)
    --bye-bye Ewe-Ess-of-Hay

    The Yangtze Desert (Asia)
    -- bye bye China

    The Ganges Desert (Asia)
    --bye-bye India

    The Congo/South African Desert (Africa)
    --bye-bye subSaharian Africa

    The Ukraine Desert (Asia)
    --Bye-bye Euro/Asia

    The Great Australian Desert (Australia)
    --bye-bye

The super powers/breadboxes are (by size):

The N. Coast of Siberia (Asia)
    Hudson bay (N. America)
    Antartica (Antartica)

    Finally Siberia, Canada, and
New Sweden come into their proper
place among the peoples of the
    Earth.

But Hey, we had a choice back in the first years
of the 21st Century (2001-2100) what the
22ed Century (2101-2200) would look like.
Too bad the Lord Tarried while
five billion excess people died. Didn't they know
our 2101 breadbaskets can only feed 1 Billion
    people?

In my boyhood there were orange grove after orange grove, citrus packing house after packing house. Successive yearly freezes have driven the frost line south of Orlando and Orange growers have moved their operations further and further south. While there are a few citrus trees left in this area of North Florida they are spotted and are not located in large groves.
Until there are orange tree groves back in this area and even parts north no one will ever convince me that global warming is a threat. Even if it is the case the world could always use more oranges. :tongue3: (used for the lack of a yummy smiley).

Like evreything else the globalists try to scare us with it's about control and consolidating more power into fewer hands. The 'solution" is always the same whether it comes from the right or the left it's all about a one world government.
