    Look, I know the law made it okay to kill a slave. But the law has made it okay for me to marry another man, too. Doesn't make it right. The law has made it okay to have an abortion. Doesn't make it right. In some cultures, men can have multiple wives. Doesn't make it right. In some cultures, men can marry 13 y/o girls. Doesn't make it right.
