Vinyl Kings

    Friends have been telling me to check out the Vinyl Kings for about a year now and I never did until the other day.

    Somebody described them to me as "imagine if Brian Wilson had quit the Beach Boys, flown to Liverpool and became the fifth member of the Beatles". Naturally, I was skeptical, but that's not too far off.

    There aren't too many bands that I fall for right away (I think the Saw Doctors was the last band that grabbed me this way) but I immediately snatched up both of their albums.

    Anybody else here like them?
