    They are only misleading to individuals who want to find hypocrisy in the use of the term, and those who want to make a case for "if they can say, I should be able to say it".

    The average person understands the historical use of the trademarked names.

    The problem is changes do not seem to be based on the average person...they seem based on the extraordinary minority. It is to these people we cater. :(
