    Who do you think will be in the Super Bowl ? I think and hope being from PItts its the Steelers and the Eagles !

    The Philadelphia Eagles, somewhat shamed and highly motivated by the recent success of the World Series Winning Philadelphia Phillies, will win the Superbowl. This will give me the opportunity of a lifetime to wear my Phillies 2008 World Series Champions t--shirt while dressing my two toddlers in their 2009 Eagles Super Bowl Champions t-shirts and having a picture taken with one boy on each knee. Got my fingers crossed!

    Even though he's only three, I made my grandson watch the Phillys playoff game saying, "You may never get to see this again in your lifetime".

    It all depends on what team shows up and you NEVER can tell with a Philly team.

    Who knew the Eagles would comeback - not me!!!

    Sure would be neat to see an Eagles - Steelers game!

    If it comes about (little "if"), I will post it on my blog and let you know it is there. If not, I will probably get Phillies shirts for the boys and take a picture of that!

    Not being from anywhere near the 'homes' of any of the teams, I hope it's Arizona and Baltimore. And it would be interesting for an 8-8 team to make the Super Bowl while an 11-5 team that has won 3 of them in recent years couldn't even make the playoffs with that record. Parity gone amuk?

    We were not discussing the sport of 'team' golf, or some similar one in the terms of scoring, in this case, but were discussing football.

    And aside from some version of a 'forfeit', in the sport of football, and win a game by scoring fewer points than the opposing team? "Called back" plays, such as a seeming touchdown, do not count here, for they are not actually "scored", even though they may initially appear to be, so -

    No.

    Enlighten me.

    The Arizona Cardinals are in the Super Bowl.
