Guess this is the best place to post this. We live in Spring City, Tennessee about 1/2 way between Knoxville and Chattanooga. Anyone else live nearby?

I am from far eastern Tennessee, North Carolina. :tongue3:

You know, originally Tennessee was North Carolina don't you?

I lived in Greensboro, but I have relatives in Boone, that is very close to Tennessee. My Dad lived and worked near Knoxville when he got out of the Navy.

I know Amy lives in Tennessee.

My wife and I are having a date night right now in Crossville! We just finished eating at Petro's and are going to do some shopping.

I live right next to East TN--in Middle TN!

Although I list Nashville as my location, I actually live in Antioch (in UCLA = Upper Corner of Lower Antioch :tongue3:) which is a south eastern suburb of Music City (although one probably couldn't tell where Nashville ends and Antioch begins).

About the closest I've been to Spring City was when I visited Fall Creek Falls State Park in VanBuren County a few years back. Unfortunately, since then I've suffered a stroke and thus my travels now days are somewhat limited.

Loved East Tennessee. Married there, three children born there. Cut my spiritual teeth there.

    Many fine memories.
