    Here is the skinny, per a former JAG officer.

    The Commander in Chief spoke of Bergdahl serving honorably, plus approved moving his rank from PFC to Sgt.

    Susan Rice, speaking for the POTUS, on national TV, praised Bergdahl as serving honorably.

    Per JAG, the "Highest ranking member of the Armed Forses is Obama, and no high ranking officer on a Courtsmarshall panel would DARE over ride their superior officers recommendation of a GI accused of a crime.

    In short. Obama gave this guy a verbal pass, and it will be next to impossible to convict him now that the Whitehouse has given their blessings to the man!

    What a well thought out plan by a crafty, sneaky POTUS! :BangHead:

    Nothing personal I'm sure. This is normal for the WH. It's called "covering their butts". Wouldn't want any nasty revelations about Bush and Obama's war crimes being documented in any type of legal proceedings.
