EVERY human activity has an economic cost. Most times when someone writes, "You can't put a price on (whatever) it means taxes are going to be raised. Consider people killed by drunk drivers. Say the Magic Wand Fairy waved it and gave you Baptists your wish - every person in the US went on the wagon. It would cause an economic depression in about two months. It would sort itself out in maybe five years but in the mean time . . . .
