Well, I have the privilege of working part-time at a local college as a tutor and to be quite frank with you it appears that there are just as many smart kids out there as there were when I was in college some 25 years ago. I personally don't see them as a "lost cause".

I was quite the below-to-average student myself and in spite of that have managed to do quite well in life and enjoy the ministry- and I even learned how to study along the way. And if you asked me to figure the factor of 12 to the 9th power I'd be completely lost! :laugh:

Actually, considering that for a while the holy spirit has been dealing with me about spending a lot of 'unprofitable time' chasing links and posting on the computer, with too much time chasing rabbits and squirrels, when looking for dragons, lions, and bears.... figuratively...... It serves me right to have made three strikes at the bat in succession...

Unlike some, I'm not declaring that I'm leaving or wont post.... just that I'm going to try to be more obediant to the holy spirit in conserving and making useful more of my time.
