yet another example of "hate crime" fallacy

Sickening.

First sentence tells it all:

Akron police say they aren't ready to call it a hate crime...

So...50 black teens attack a white family and yell racist statements...dad ends up in CCU for days...

...And yet authorities are reluctant to use the "hate crime" moniker.

Reverse the races, of victims and perps, and see how that flies.

One reason among many that this idea of "hate crimes" is a joke.

My thought: Public beatings for the teens. Make it hurt.

And get the stupid "hate crime" laws off the books. Punish the criminals with what's already on the books, darn it!

Silly rabbit, it's only a hate crime if it's white on black. Everyone ought to know that.

The really sad thing is that the "hate crime" laws codify that! It is not a hate crime if any minority does a crime against a white, but it is always a hate crime if a white does it to any minority!

It's time we fired all the lawmakers who support such unconstitutional laws. VOTE THEM OUT!
