If I remember correctly, the SCOTUS has already ruled on a similar case and found that such things to not violate the establishment clause. This lawsuit should go nowhere.
Well...no. The lawsuit is filed against the government, not Christians.

But, that said, we have all read the end of the Book. We know how it will end. The whole world will go after the anti-Christ. The USA will not be spared. Christians will be persecuted.

Are we prepared to stand for Christ, in a Christ-like manner, when that happens? Or will we follow the world a frenzied bloodbath, shouting "you can have my guns when you pry them out of my cold, dead, fingers!" as we "fight for our rights"?

    peace to you:praying:

==This group has it all wrong. The Constitution of the United States states:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"

The Constitution deals with only two points.

    1. The Federal Congress cannot establish a religion. An "In God We Trust" engraving does not equal a federally established religion. In fact the statement "In God We Trust" is meaningless today. Most Americans do not trust in God at all. It is a very generic statement that carries no religious endorsement.

    2. The Federal Congress cannot prohibit the free exercise of religion in America.

The clause does not guarantee anyone the "right" of "freedom from religion". That "right" does not exist in law or reality. If a person wishes to be non-religious that is their choice and right. However they can't force their anti-religious/non-religious position on the rest of the society. In other words, they can't force everyone else to hide their religious beliefs.

Groups like "Freedom From Religion Foundation" and "People For The American Way" are not patriots. They are anti-religious zealots who wish to see a society in which religion plays no public role. That is not the vision of our founders, the writers of the constitution, or the majority of the American people.

In speaking of the important role of public religion, President George Washington said:

"In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness - these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens."

"God" is a nonspecific name or title. Could refer to any god.
