41% View Town Hall Protesters Favorably

    Forty-one percent (41%) of U.S. voters have a favorable opinion of the people opposing health care reform at town hall meetings now being conducted by members of Congress, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey.

    I guess that would mean that 59% doesn't approve.

    Yep, your math is correct. Any time you can get 59% of the Americans to think something is good ... then it is over whelming approval.

    The link does not seem to exist, the "can't find" came up when I clicked on it.

    I don't see why anyone would disapprove of the protests. Protesting is a fundamental right. Even of one disagrees with that is being protested, one should still generally approve its protest.

    But 35% view the protesters unfavorably. Twenty-three percent (23%) are not sure what they think of them.

    The anger is prompted by a congress that no longer listens to the people they're supposed to represent, not by the town hall meetings.
