A h*m*sexual man is suing a third national Bible publisher for "mental anguish" after he says the company published Bibles with a negative connotation toward h*m*sexuals.

Bradley LaShawn Fowler of Canton, Mich., alleges William Tyndale Publishing manipulated Scripture when it published Tyndale’s New Living Translation Holy Bible and the New Life Application Study Bible by using the term "h*m*sexuals" in a New Testament passage, 1 Corinthians 6:9.

"One Bible dictates homosexuals will not inherit the Kingdom of God, while the other is completely void on the issue altogether," Fowler wrote in a statement on his blog.

He's free to file a lawsuit. He will lose, however. People file stupid suits all the time, and they're almost always tossed for lack of merit without ever getting to the trial phase.

He should be fined for filing a frivolous law suit.

Having worked for a law firm during my college years, this type of lawsuit probably doesn't qualify as a frivolous suit. Meritless, yes. Frivolous, no.

Another attempted assault on Christian freedom of speech and religion, which will hopefully fail.

I am afraid that some in the gay community are looking more for the attention such actions get than the actual lawsuit itself.

    Cheers,

Excellent point Jim - as a politician says - "I want publicity - even if its bad, as long as it is publicity"

(I know thats not an exact quote) but it is close enough for govt work!
