Does Mussberger drive you crazy?

Ohio State fans, in general, hate Musberger. But I don't know why. (Well, yes I do - because OSU fans are the most paranoid, irrational fan base I know of.) If you watched the Rose Bowl, Brent was [mildly] pro-OSU, and he is that way in many of the OSU games he announces. But to most OSU fans, if you aren't a complete lap dog for OSU, then you are the most hated man in the world.

BTW, near the end of the game last night when they had a spot with Brent and Herbie, you could see Herbie was just absolutely giddy and was glowing. I don't blame him - I'm sure he was relieved and happy to know that his ESPN buddies wouldn't be able to make fun of OSU (and the entire Big 10) this year, at least.

Hard to imagine OSU fans hating anyone more than Keith Jackson, who all but stated on the air how much he loved Michigan.

And if you'd like to meet a more irrational fan base, hop on I-71 to I-75, and meet me in Knoxville. By sundown, you'll change your opinion.

Well, Knoxville and Columbus have been described as "sister" cities, so it wouldn't surprise me.

I suppose anyone who lives in a big college town and does not drink the local kool-aid will think the fan base there is nutty.
