...well, I guess when you think you're the messiah...and a quarter of the country agrees...then you can't be bothered by the outdated concepts of "laws."

Hey, why have a congress at all? After all..."he who knows best for us" knows what we need. Why not just trust him?

We see the problem illustrated so well here.

A bad idea (in this case, executive orders)...started by one person (possibly with OK motives)...and now carried to its illogical end by a president who isn't very concerned with the Constitution.

It's a "slippery slope" embodied.
