The First Amendment does not protect humanitarian groups or others who advise foreign terrorist organizations, even if the support is aimed at legal activities or peaceful settlement of disputes, the Supreme Court ruled Monday.

I find it strange logic and am trying to understand the Supreme Court when it wrote that a legal and peaceful activity is illegal. Seems this means if your church helps a family from Iraq, Afghanistan or a variety of other countries the church may be treading on very dangerous grounds of being accused of illegally helping terrorists. I remember one of the criticisms of this law when it was being debated was that if a person gave a Bible to a person from one of these countries they could well be charged with the crime of helping terrorists.
Does this mean that peacemaking is illegal?
What does this do to Jesus' words in Matthew 5:9
9. Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called sons of God.
