Someone to manage the CR*P coming from the White House. Now why didn't I think of that first. It's going to take someone with a pretty big shovel!!

I guess the right-wing solution is to wait until the carp have destroyed the fishing industry in the Great Lakes and then do something.

If you read the article - Durbin's suggestion is an EIGHTEEN MONTH study before doing anything.

In eighteen months it will be too late.

Waiting eighteen months, although not the best, is better than nothing. If the problem started about four years ago, and in four years the problem has become severe, I believe we still have time to possibly correct the problem, but we need to start now!

They need to close the gates NOW.

They can study it all they want for as long as they want then.

We could also create a toilet czar, a front door czar, a back porch czar, and let's not leave out a fence gate czar.

Keep in mind that these "czars" have actual titles that do not include the word "czar". That's only given as shorthand by the right-wing media.

    BUZZZZZZZZZZZ

I'm sorry but that answer is incorrect.

Referring to Presidential appointees as "czars" goes all the way back to 1941 when Franklin Roosevelt appointed Byron Price as the Director of the Office of Censorship - refered to then by the media and popular usage as the "czar of censorship".

The use of the term "czar" has nothing to do with "right-wing media".

You don't get it. Appointing "czars" or whatever you want to call them over every little issue has gotten ridiculous. What one calls them is insignificant liberal, conservative or otherwise.

A "czar" is simply a way of getting around that pesky constitution. It's extremely troubling given the fact that each president takes an oath to uphold the constitution.

Yes, and Mr. Price's title was Director of the Office of Censorship, not "censorship czar".

The point being that he was refered to as "czar" by the media.

Just as the media refers to many appointments as "czar" today and since then.
