Can a school district forbid the wearing of a rosary

    Only if the school forbids wearing a burka for safety reasons and must remove all religious symbols for constitutional "fairness."

    Okay - if a burka must be removed for safety reasons - why would a rosary have to be removed - unless possibly for a short period of time, for example shop class or some such reason.
    But to just to say if a burka cant be worn, then no religious symbol can - is totally ridiculous
    In case you haven't you do need to read the first amendment
