Ozzie and Harriet was sort of a fun show to watch as a kid. A whole family of musicians.

I saw Ricky briefly once in the 70's. We were painting the hotel that he was staying at, and he came out of his room and headed off towards the dining room for breakfast. A couple of the guys I worked with razzed him a little, but he just kept on walking. I always felt a little bad about it, especially after his death.

I must admit that I've never heard of David Nelson, or of "Ozzie and Harriet", but I liked the Father Dowling mysteries, and remember Tracy as "Sister Steve".

They didn't show Ozzie and Harriet over there? Why it was a masterpiece of entertainment!

Just kidding. I actually remember very little of it. Ozzie had been a Big Band leader in the 30's - 40's, his wife Harriet had been a singer, and his children played rock & roll 50's - 60's - 70's.
