Another reply totally off topic. Show how this topic is not objective. Your posts, my posts, everyone who posts ... their posts will be somewhere on the web forever.
On topic: you, a liberal, start a thread stating the obvious, using an article that complies with your liberal viewpoint.
1) since it's information already known by most (if not all), what's there to discuss?
2) since you used an article that agrees with your liberal viewpoint, how can it be objective?
3) since most of the posters who have responded have mentioned liberals whose words are forever on the internet, or that your example article was biased, or similar posts, how can you say that no one is addressing your opening post?

In other words, you opened with drivel; and then have the audacity to complain that all you got in return was drivel.

(Sigh)

So you believe that it is "news" that once something goes on the internet it is virtually impossible to remove it?

Again - what is your point?

The point is that some, and I bet some on this board did not know, and it is important to know that once something is posted it is there forever.

Streisand's lawyers apparently did not know.

Years from now the internet is going to affect how elections are won and bring up all kinds of scandals. With people that are in college now that will be running for office in the coming years, all kinds of facebook photos, tweets and everything else out there. I think this is a major way in how the topic of this thread will affect peoples thoughts and viewpoints in the future. Imagine this, a young preacher just installed. Next thing you know someone finds pictures of him when he was 18 or 19, drinking or doing who knows what. What happens then?

Very good post and speaks to the point of the OP. Thanks. I wonder how many parents or pastors have talked to teenagers about this?

I find it quite revealing and interesting that almost no one has addressed the subject of the thread, that what you post on the Internet is there forever. Why is that?

Because based on you past behavior all your post come with an alternative agenda. I really don't think you are interested in the question. You just want to bash you new conservative icon and when called on it give your typical homework question.

I cannot be held responsible for your misinterpretation of my posts.

Have you talked to young people you know about being careful of what they post online?

Pretty funny, but I don't think it's vision. He just didn't remember that his Palin bashing O/P would be visible for this long.......

Forever and forever and forever .............

I wonder if Keith Olberman wishes the internet had an "undo" feature, given that a guy he states America should emulate was just arrested for threatening to murder a person involved with the Tea Party in Az.

In another thread about integrity and honor in our replies it was suggested that opinions, such as you posted above, be backed up.

http://www.baptistboard.com/showthread.php?t=69730&highlight=threads

Show me anywhere in the OP where anyone is criticized. If you cannot do so, then you should apologize. Remember you have to back up your statement with something other than your own opinion.

Please do so, or admit you were wrong in your opinion.

Thanks in advance.

In another thread about integrity and honor in our replies ...

How about integrity and honor in your actions?

You continually start thread after thread that are critical of conservatives, Republicans and just about anyone else that isn't a part of your man crush on Obama.

When called on it you feign ignorace - and claim that you dislike (insert Crabby complaint of the day) on both sides.

But you only point it out on one side.

How about showing a little integrity yourself by admitting that you simply dislike conservatives, Republicans, the Tea Party, and anyone else who disagrees with your personal politics?

I'm not bothering to thank you in advance - because you will never admit to it.

The other message was not addressed to you, so why do you chime in?

Prove you claims with posts as the other thread suggests.

Thanks in advance.
