I've often said that if you were to walk into any congressional office at random, pull out a 25 question "pop-quiz" on the Constitution and Bill of Rights (written at a 5th grade level) most of them would fail.

This goes for both parties. Its amazing that so many in our government don't know or understand the basic documents that govern their offices and our nation.

Sort of reminds me when Stephen Colbert interview a Republican Congressman that wanted to put the 10 Commandments up all over the place and asked him to list the 10 commandments....the interview got, um, awkward and really quiet.
