Even though I'm not a union supporter this union guy was clearly being provoked. This is a set up if there ever was one. If I have several people in my face, deliberatly provoking me, if I did not quickly walk away, I might bust someone's camera too.

There only appeared to be two people - one asking questions and one recording.

That would be normal in news recording situation.

Also this guy went out to protest and was carrying his signs for everyone to see. Obviously he has a message that he wants to get out - so why would he be upset that a news person would aks him questions about his position?

It makes no sense - if the protestors want privacy then they shouldn't go out and publicly vocalize.

BTW - words never justify a physical assault.

I agree!! It was a set up to provoke the union goon into acting. Give union members enough time and you won't have to provoke them. They will show their true colors.
