This thug masquerading as a NY congressman...apparently has been very naughty.

Where is the outrage from CTB and his sympathizers? You know if this were a Republican congressman, they would wet their pants with glee.

Waiting for your denoucement of this perv...

Libs are notorious for their double standards.

Oh you mean like NJ Governor Chris Christy constantly harping on fiscal responsibility but taking the state helicopter to his sons baseball game yesterday....that kind of double standard?:tongue3:

Christie is governor. As such, security and transportation is a part of the office so, no, that would not be a double standard.

A good example of a double standard would be having a Klan leader as leader in the Senate and then accusing the other party of being racists. Or creating social programs that seek to drive the poor deeper into poverty and dependence in order to use them as political pawns, but then claiming that they other party hates the poor.

Its ALL semantics & double standard Brother. If one is right thinking IE Christian.....then none of it would happen including Christie's little $25,000.00 dollar an hour misstep.

Fine....but he just lost my vote for any serious future political position (and there are others who would agree)

OK. I can't imagine that liberals would vote for Christie, anyway, but that's certainly up to you.

But since you brought it up, another good example of a double standard would be complaining that a governor is allowed to use a helicopter designated for his use by the state, yet refusing to complain that Oba-Mao has a helicopter.

Any idea why when directly asked if he sent the picture he refuses to simply say "No"?

Instead he give a long evasive Clintonesque "I have to get back to the people's business" non-answer.

Here's his quotes:

"My system was hacked into. This was a hoax. It was committed on me. It was relatively easy to do, making fun of my name,” Weiner said.

I think he's pretty clearly saying that he didn't send the photo. The thing he is being evasive about is whether or not the photo is of himself or not.

The op is about Weiner and his recent and shameless activity. Why is Christie brought up?

Typical liberal misdirection trying to take the focus off one of their hypocrites.

Weiner hasn't filed an official comnplain, so there is no "investigation".

The reason is simple. He sent the picture.

Or maybe there is other stuff on his computer he doesn't want investigators to see.

And broke long standing forum rules while doing so.

You could easily have made the same point without materially altering a quote.

I'm relatively new here and was unaware of the rule. I apologize for my error. Won't do it again.

wow...so the response to Weiner's deeds is to slam Chris Christie?

Interesting.

Still waiting for folks like CTB to give equal time...guess I'll be waiting a while...
