Mississippi will be voting Tuesday on # 26 - the person-hood amendment - if passed - conception = person:thumbsup:
So in essence abortion would then be considered murder!

Lets keep an eye on this, as other states or commonwealths are considering the issue as well

I was listening to AFA radio today about this and a guy called in favor of abortion and Brian Fisher tried to get him to explain when a fetus goes from a blob to a person and Fisher never could get him pinned down on this. These ilberals think there is some magic moment between conception and birth where personhood starts.

Did you all hear the woman who told about her abortion on a press conference where she was raped at 18 years old. This was one of the best speeches for pro-life I've heard.

I heard that same guy as well. If you noticed though he kept backing up. It went from just before birth to, well, maybe 3 or 3and half months into pregnancy. Those people kill me with there ideas of when life starts. I guess they're glad their mother did not abort them.
Those for no on 26 have called my house and sent their junk mail here. But I know if we are successful in getting this passed, the battle has just begun. They will stop at nothing, because of all the money involved.
This will go to the Supreme Court.

What lies are they telling?

They have commercials on TV saying the pill will be outlawed, but the only pills that will be outlawed are the ones that abort, not the ones that prevent pregnancy. Doctors will be charged with crimes if they take the life of the child even in the case of a have to abortion. That being if the mothers life is in danger and they have to take the life of the child. They are taking the words of our governor out of context, saying he does not support passing this. By the way he voted early because he is going out of town for a meeting and he made it clear he voted YES on it already.
If you can imagine it they have said it.
