I can't believe people actually are saying that there is no due process for private citizens when boarding an airplane. Probable cause is thrown out due to government hysteria.

These liberal big government Republicans on this board would rather give up the Constitution and Freedom than undo Big Government.

Our Constitution says:

It doesn't say, "except for an airplane."

Rand and I have rights and they have no right to improper searching of my person without probable cause or a warrant.

You send my mind to what the real solution to all this is. Government shouldn't be in the transportation business. We need to get our government out of the airports and privatize the entire industry.

Matt, I agree. The government is limited, but if you have a private contract with an airline, you agree privately to their conditions and thus they have the right to protect their planes and can write into the contract such.

Government, on the other hand, has a contract with us that they cannot search us without probable cause. Every TSA agent is a violation of the Constitution and that contract with citizens.

Our Constitution says:

It doesn't say, "except for an airplane." It says for everything. Those who want to limit certain activities... well then limit driving, limit the use of mopeds... etc.. The Constitution doesn't limit anyone except government from wrongful search and seizures... no matter the method I am using. I have rights... the Government does not.

Rand and I have rights and they have no right to improper searching of my person without probable cause or a warrant.

Why do you believe we do not have the right to fly? Where do you get that from?

God did not give us wings.

But Paul was just there for the free Xray. And it should be obvious that he did not need the free breast exam. So they took him to the little room where he mentioned al qaeda to get the free colonoscopy.
