Are you saying that the statistics given in the OP are false?
What I'm saying is what I have been saying all along.
Neocons like this guy are the original authors of "Islamophobia" they hyped the threat, hyped the threat, hyped the threat, then turned around and hyped the threat some more.
The same as the neocons hyped the threat of terrorism. They hyped the threat, hyped the threat, hyped the threat, then turned around and hyped the threat some more.
Why? To instill fear
in us and mold public opinion against Muslims.
And now this article comes out saying Muslim's fears were all in their heads? While that may be true "statistically" it was people like the author of this article that helped instill that fear by hyping the threat, hyping the threat, hyping the threat, then turning around and hyping the threat some more. All the hype was
aimed at us. To
make us fear and hate Muslims. And for the most part it worked so it's little wonder Muslims feared for their safety.
It's a mind game as old as war and I've watched the majority of people here and in my own community fall for it hook, line and sinker time in and time out.
It's no different than all the hype being pumped out against guns, gun owners and gun ownership today. Although it's coming from the left this time it's the
very same game.
They hype the threat, hype the threat, hype the threat, then turn around and hype the threat some more.
Why? To instill fear in
us (gun owners) and mold public opinion against gun owners and gun ownership.
Then they say "your fears are unfounded, we're not coming after your guns, it's all in your head, silly gun owners".
