Houston police accused of helping smuggle cocaine

I don't know about the time they have earned in the big house. As I was taught, the only laws a government can enforce are the ones the people will obey for the most part. The penalty for judges and law enforcement should be at the max for the crime. How can you enforce something you don't obey and expect others to respect you? I would love to show ours where the turn signal indicator is located in their car so often.

They ain't got nothing on the boys down here in S. Texas. The son of our county sheriff and the son of a local chief of police (both of the boys LEO's in their own rights and members of a "drug task force") got busted with some of their cohorts for ferrying drug loads.

What better people to recruit than the police ... those who are supposed to enforce the law. Seems a good way to keep them off your back.

So have they been prosecuted yet.....hope they hang them.

It's not likely they will hang. The judges are almost as corrupt here. Everyone's related either by blood, marriage, or MONEY.

Nice ....sounds allot like New (Pew) Joisey. You will have to tell me just where it is MD (privately) so I can avoid it in my Texas relo project.

Now you are limiting me to Abilene & Amarillo
Sorry off subject. Henrietta, Memphis and Turkey for a few more. Texas always has something for everybody.
And Lyle Lovett on the radio, what more could one ask for?

So why are you in Florida then Bob? I do like Texas BBQ!
I probably know Texas better than most Texans, due to driving across it from 1964 till I retired last year. I've never been anywhere that I enjoyed the people more than Texas. There is something about those people. But Florida is home but if you folks from NY, NJ, Ct. and Mass. keep taking over down here I'll be on my way to Texas. I am so tired of hearing,"that not how we did it up north," it gets old.
