Dying Iraq War vet’s angry message to Bush, Cheney

Bush spend most of his days spending time with the very troops he sent into harms way. He is very often, even today in the hospitals with them, he is on fundraisers like bike rides and he personally participates in them. He looks as many of them in the eye as he can every week.

If this supposed vet did not know this then his existence is in question.

 

Hmm, no democrats were involved in starting this war ? Really ? Are you pathological ?

 

Everyone knows that the Democrats agreed that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Many leading Democrats voted for the war in Iraq.

If former leaders can be tried routinely, then the GOP can try some people when they take power again. That could be Biden's slogan in 2016--vote for me so that I don't have to stand trial for what I said and did.

Crabtownboy, if you were as sick of the war as I am, you would vote a candidate in who would end it. I lump you into the the rest of the phonies who are only against wars they think republicans started. You have been silent on team zero's foreign policy, which looks just like Bush's.

I have more respect for people who support the war, than I do people who still seek to blame, instead of weorking for peace.

 

My sympathies to the young man--but he presumes too much. He doesn't write on my behalf, nor does he reflect my personal thoughts and views.

 

Truly a heart wrenching letter--a similar one could have just as well been written by vets of wars perpetuated by the Obama administration in their middle eastern misadventures. There really doesn't seem to be that much difference between the ill-advised policies of either W or O.
