Still, you’ll hear voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that’s the root of all our problems, even as they do their best to gum up the works; or that tyranny always lurks just around the corner. You should reject these voices. ~Barack Obama

Benghazi scandal, IRS scandal, AP scandal, gun control

The smoke of these will be blown away in the wind like the "Fast and Furious Scandal", the "Solyndra Scandal", the "GSA Partytime Scandal", the "We have to pass the bill so you can find out what's in it Scandal", etc, etc, etc...

Because our votes count for so very much. No scams or anything going on there either.

Not only votes- but signing a petition as well!.

A couple of years ago, a sitting councilman forgot to sign his own petition for re-election and because of that - he did not qualify for the Democratic line - though he was on the Working Families line. But since people normally vote party line - he lost the election to a Republican. ( where currently every elected office is a Democrat)
In 2009, Mr. Heagerty received 38% (1,154) of 2,999 votes running only on the Working Families line. Compare that to 2007 where Heagerty received 3,394 (66%) of 5,076 votes. In 2011 the Dems reclaimed the seat from the Republican incumbent with a 50.22% of the vote. Rayo (R,C,I) 1,453 vs Barrett (D,WF) 1,466

Its bad when you an election because of one person, but its worse when that one person is YOU!

eidt to clarify - Heagerty was orginally elected in 2007, lost in 2009 (when he forgot to sign his own re-election petition)
