Sad story, but not a new one, it keeps going on.

I'm going to parse the story for some details.
    A. The executioners were foreign fighters, not native Syrians.
    B. The lad did use Mohammed's name in vain. (I know to us as Christians his usage rolls off us like water off a duck's back.)
    C. The executioners took much the same action as 17th century Puritains. Only the Puritains didn't make blasphemy a captitol offense.

Of course they were foreign fighters they probably traveled to Syria after fighting against us in Iraq to sign up for our new Syrian welfare program called "easy cash and weapons for radical extremists and terrorists".

Oh yeah I almost forgot you have to give up your liberty and safety to keep the radical extremists and terrorists from getting you. "If you've got nothing to hide you have nothing to worry about."

And if you see something say something.

So that make is ok? It's a false demonic religion and their actions confirm that!

Doesn't do much to justify the reason.

These fighters remind me of the "Marxist" (really Soviet or Maoist controlled) insurgents who kept popping up during the Cold War. Rios Montt explained why they kept popping up. Somthing along the lines of

It looks like to me his part of town was taken over by foriegn Salafists. The lad then did not take them into consideration when he spoke. Just because in the West blasphemy is no longer a criminal offense. The same can not be said for other countries.

These brave fighters are an important and integral part of our long term foreign policy and have been for quite some time. John's McCain and Kerry should be proud they support these excellent fighting men's efforts.

If you aren't in favor of arming radical extremists you must be with Al Qaeda. Show me your papers!
