This has got to be a joke. Has anybody got an actual recording of this?

    Of course it's a joke.

If this were for real we'd be hearing how Obama got all the lumps and bruises from falling off his bike or some such "accident".

Putin was trained by the KGB Obama was trained to read the teleprompter.

I knew it was a joke when I saw the outburst labeled, "uncharacteristic."

Well, it is not very responsible of the New Yorker to publish an article like this, when Putin hears of it (and he will) he will be insulted.

It wasn't The New Yorker, it was the real jackass, Borowitz. The New Yorker thinks the humor in his blog is "edgy," but he's nothing more than an egomanical dumb- ... uh, posterior. I doubt this will stay up on the website long. It makes The New Yorker look bad ... if that's possible beyond how it makes itself look every day anyway.

You mean the New Yorker isn't as politically correct as it should be? Evidently Putin feels insulted to have Kerry and Obama believe he's so stupid he'd believe their lies when he knows that even they know they're lying.

No, I mean it's pretty stupid to insult the leader of Russia when you want his cooperation.

I agree Kerry and Obama shouldn't have insulted him by lying to his face especially when he knew that they knew they were lying to his face.

After Putin said he knew they knew they were lying he said it was sad. And it is sad. Kerry and Obama lost a lot of credibility by lying to Putin and the rest of the world. How they ever figured they wouldn't get caught lying is a mystery to me.

They must have started believing their own lies or figured the whole world is stupid enough to believe them. These two yahoos insulted us all. I guess they think we're all a bunch of dumbed down chumps that'll believe anything. I find that rather insulting. Don't you?

I have no idea what you are talking about, I don't know what lies Kerry or Obama told Putin. Not saying it's not true, I simply haven't been following this. I was responding to this bogus article you posted.

Poncho, do you ever take any interest in the Lord? This is supposed to be a Baptist site, we discuss religion here. I've never seen you talk about anything but conspiracies. Are you interested in the Lord or the Bible at all?

Yes I am. I'm also interested in your grand children's
future. I think they should have one. Don't you?

I grew up during the Cold War. Was in college when the Wall came down. Now I'm siding with Russia on an issue.

Strange and perilous times we live in.

Sure, but it is not common for Christians to worry so much about the world. We all know that the world will get worse and worse, nothing can stop it. Eventually it will be like the days of Noah again, and then the Lord will return.

2 Tim 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 Tim 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

I expect the world to get worse and worse, it is what the scriptures say. Our hope is in the Lord, not government or politics, and certainly not men.

I am so thankful to God for raising up the founders of this country who refused to to sit around on their hands whining "oh it's going to get worse and worse there's nothing we can do to change it".

We not only have a duty to God but also to our families our communities and our nation. Expecting things to get worse and worse is no excuse for doing nothing while we watch all that we have a duty to protect and defend being destroyed in front of us. When did Christians become such wussies that won't even defend their own families or nation from common thieves and murderers? No wonder things will get worse and worse. Christian men today have been gelded by skinny panted moused haired sissy pastors afraid to lose their 501 c 3 tax exempt status.

Oh if only God would raise up a few real he man patriot pastors like Johnathan Mayhew if for no ther reason than to put all the "lets all sit on hands and obey evil people till the Lord returns" pastors to shame.

    Wrong side.

But you have no fears. This milquetoast in the White House won't do anything anyway.

And exactly what are you doing? How does constantly posting conspiracy threads change anything?

I would love to see you tell us EXACTLY what we should be DOING to stop this "One World Government" conspiracy you constantly harp on.

Reminds me of these "awareness" parades. I have yet to understand how they correct the problems they are supposedly making us aware of. I am aware of breast cancer, I don't see how walking down the street prevents or cures it. If they want money, just ask for it. Why should I have to walk AND give them money?

So tell us all, exactly what should we all be DOING??

What ever we can do peacefully to make sure our kids and grand kids have a future.

Giving up and making excuses ain't gonna do it though.
