    I would like to see fraud and abuse dealt with, and work on the economy around so we don't have to supply so many "poor" with assistance. Zero percent increase is my goal. But everyone knows I hate the poor.

    I don't mind people getting assistance but I would like to see something along side it to get people back on their own two feet. Right now it is just unending welfare.
