    Dogs are amazing sometimes. :) I've always loved dogs for their loyalty. It's their pack mentality (being descended from wolves) that has a hand in that. Dogs enjoy companionship because of this pack mentality, and this is largely what endears them to mankind.

    The link you gave in the OP went to a different story about the debt ceiling, so I did a Google search to see if I could find the one you were talking about.
