Well of course! That's how the Democrats hope to overcome their failing popularity numbers, by bringing in a bigger (foreign and barely literate) "voter base."
We'll said. BTW if Spanish becomes the main language would passing up non Spanish speaking citizens discrimination? In other words Bilingual will be preferred even in jobs like McDonalds?
