Does Arminianism Theology Breed Charasmatic Chaos within the Church?

Aren't most if the errors in theology in that movemnent partly come from holding an arminian theological viewpoint?

Seems that it is rooted in free will, and in the concept of God allowing for us to "exercise" our will and faith, so why not spring from at least a root of Arminianism though?
