Wait a minute, I thought all out war was fought by the Republicans over the government shutdown. Then it was all out war over the debt ceiling debate. Now there's "all out war" again? Man, those Republicans are tough, having survived two all out wars and ready to go into battle again.

What I find interesting is during the shutdown the Tea Partiers were complaining that the Democrats wouldn't negotiate with them. Now the Reps and Dems are negotiating, actually have a deal, and the Tea Partiers don't like it!

Even so, I don't like any agreement that sets spending cuts 8 years into the future and promises to raise spending "only a little bit" today.

Republicans think if they can pass this bill they can forego another government shutdown and instead concentrate their firepower on criticizing ObamaCare. I think the fact that Dems are willing to give up on the public relations boost that another government shutdown would give them means they don't think Republicans criticizing ObamaCare has much oomph left in it.

Oh, one more thing--the Dems will get their extension on the unemployment benefits.

Try to be accurate at least once.

Dems aren't negotiating. Reps surrendering unconditionally.
