Fed prosecutors seek death penalty against accused Boston bomber

Federal prosecutors said Thursday they will seek the death penalty against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in the Boston Marathon bombing.

The final decision was made by Attorney General Eric Holder and was announced Thursday.

"After consideration of the relevant facts, the applicable regulations and the submissions made by the defendant’s counsel, I have determined that the United States will seek the death penalty in this matter," Holder said in a statement.
There isn't a "safe" jury in the country for this guy. No matter where they try him, they'll fry him -- er, ... inject him. Whatever.

I'd like him strapped to a bomb and blown to smithereens, after informing him that his allah is unable to reconstruct his body like my Jehovah can, and so he won't be able to see his allah, nor enjoy his seven virgins.

You're both wrong. Turns out there was an interpretational error in the Qu'ran. It was actually "72 Urchins."
