Lebron going back to Cleveland

As one who has been forgiven much myself, I love this so much.

Will Lebron bring a championship to Cleveland? I don't know, but I kinda hope so. Even if they don't win a championship, the story of both of these guys admitting they screwed up and forgiving each other is a greater story than any championship they could win.

Class guy. Going to miss him but wish him the best.

Question: did Gilbert ever apologize? Just wondering. Somehow, I don't see Pat Riley or Mickey Arison putting a hate-filled letter up on the Heat web site.

From the article:

"I told him how sorry I was, expressed regret for how that night went and how I let all the emotion and passion for the situation carry me away. I told him I wish I had never done it, that I wish I could take it back."

So... is that why the letter was on them team's web site for the past two years?

Take a look here.

"The letter was taken down from our website years ago," Gilbert told Yahoo Sports on Friday. "There was some remnant link from the NBA site that someone discovered a few days ago and when our people were notified, it was immediately killed.

"The concept that we had the letter up for four years and just took it down is absurd and flat-out wrong."

Day Three and ESPN is still talking about it.

Baseball season isn't even over yet. Too much hype. Let's wait 'til he scores his first bucket -- which should be about 4 seconds into the first game of the season.

All ESPN knows how to do anymore is overhype. We've all moved on from Lebron going to Cleveland, but they haven't wringed every little drop out of it because they have time to fill. They're the worst.
