Colorado Driver's Licenses for Illegal Immigrants

Colorado today begins to issue driver's licenses to people who are illegally in the United States. The state is hoping that this new law will lead to safer roads and more drivers who are insured and know the rules of the road. The licensees must go through a rigorous process. These licenses are not valid for voting or benefits.
