"Monster" Energy Drink Is Satanic?

If that is of interest to you, please do. This thread is about Monster Energy drink.

Perhaps you have not been here long enough to fully understand the post. Some here will condemn the glass of wine because of its altering effects, yet defend their cup of coffee in spite of its. These threads are almost always entertaining.

I think that Monster would not be expected to comply with Hebrew alpha-bet concisely. Rather they would make the "M" relate to the satanic as easily as possible for the demographic they're marketing to and to whom 666 and "unleash the Beast" would resonate as interrelated to satanic imagery.
There's certainly enough of that in their marketing to infer that was exactly their intent.Besides their formula for the Monster being exactly that on the body temple.

High sugars and caffeine does not do a body (temple) good. But it does insure a return customer for that initial high it affords. Plus the marketing makes it seem cool.

This is silly. First, the number of the beast is not 666 (Vav Vav Vav). It is six hundred sixty and six (Samech Resh Tav Vav). Given the very first thing about this video is wrong, the other "satanic" things pointed out is silly. I will agree with her that the language on the packaging is offensive, but I've heard similar language from Mark Driscoll.
I have a cross tattoo on my shoulder. Should I avoid any overhead exercises to avoid "the appearance of evil"?

Does that speak of the content of the post? Or the character of those particular posters?

The latter being an ad hominem
Funny how you note nothing about the poster that made the remarks about the members here prior to my responding.
I see you have issues with me and take any opportunity to flame my posts. God help you to find peace.

I would strongly suggest you learn the meaning of ad hominem.
It matters not that you take it that way even when in error. What matters is how I meant it when I wrote it. And it was in no way meant to be inferred as an insult to anyone.

Find peace.

Attacking the character of the poster or source is an ad hominem.

Which is not at all what I did. Though you certainly qualify as such with regard to me.
Further, I believe there are rules against slander here. Attributing an intention that I did not have, nor did I commit the offense(s) you have levied at my person in more than just this thread, quite possibly qualifies as such.

I'll ask you to stop. As I shall call forth the wisdom of Jesus and rebuke the spirit within you.

Mark 4:39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

You honestly think the founders of monster know the Hebrew alphabet?!? It's a claw mark...monster...unleash the beast. (Caffeine). There is nothing related that even hints at some subliminal satanic message.
This almost as silly as a former poster here who spoke out against IAMS dog food as it mocked "I AM"

I made no mention about the character of others. You have read something into my comment that was not there.

Lighten up.

To be clear.
The OP video is not my production. I merely shared it here and furthered its content as a point of discussion for those who may be interested.

What you will find on this board is there are some people who believe that if you post it you own it. In other words you must claim that you believe each and every word and everything must always be absolutely correct.

Also some believe that if it is posted on this board then truth is established and everyone should heed it so they get protective of what gets posted.

Simply posting things for discussion is despised by some on this board.

Personally I think it is just a debate tactic to avoid seeing things posted that some do not personally like. It is about controlling the message.

Yes, I'm aware. That doesn't change the fact I wasn't addressing my remarks to you.

Perhaps you can ask him why he elected to overlook your remarks that were inflammatory and instead targeted me.

Or perhaps, as I've been told, that's just part of what happens here when new people arrive.

If you are referring to my post to you then I believe there is a misunderstanding. I was not being critical of your post at all. I believe it is perfectly fine to post something for discussion without having to be tied to it as believing in its validity or reasonableness.

People tend to get treated as they treat others. Not everybody has such a hard time getting along.
