Consequences of irresponsibly broad brushing all cops

This couldn't possibly be a consequence of the police and courts turning a blind eye to police misconduct.

I expect that you will see many more occurrences of people cheering over the deaths of cops. What is sad is the LE and people who support them don't wonder, nor do they care, why more and more law bidding citizens think so little of them.

 

No, people like you are the problem. You refuse to acknowledge that more and more people view the cops as the enemy. So do you think Islam is a threat to America?

 

The attitude is perpetuated by the white privilege cops and you, and evidenced in your display of little regard for any life that doesn't meet your GOP sponsored, white privilege criteria of how you think "them black folks" are supposed to act.

It challenges his authority of being in the majority when people challenge the authority of the police misconduct against those not in the majority.

Somebody has to keep "them" in their "place".

And if you and others start questioning the police, next you'll be questioning his white privilege authority.

That's why so many white people who feel as he does can easily put themselves in the police officer's shoes and not have a problem with them doing what they do.

They couldn't even begin to imagine putting themselves in Mike Brown's or Eric Garner's or Kimani Gray's or Kendrec McDade's shoes.

 

You should be ashamed of yourself for continuing to contribute to the mistreatment of people because of their skin color and then trying to dismiss it with some silly "illegality" diatribe.

Save that mess for the other folks who are running scared as they see the effects of their white privilege being exposed to the world.

 

Well, I don't know why i would want to put myself in the shoes of those people. Some of those I believe were completely justified, though others some prison time needed to be handed out.

 

It's a sign of the times. More and more lack of respect for each other, differences of opinion, and any figure of authority like teachers, police officers, parents, etc.

And we wonder why children aren't getting educated and act like thugs in public.

It starts at home. Parents who don't care and set the examples the kids follow. Of course, Christ is absent in their homes and in thier lives.

Adults that think it's justified for teenagers to cheer when a police officer is injured and sent to the hospital. Pathetic. Where is Christ in any of that? :tear:

19 year old white guy. Long hair, ripped up jeans, snakeskin spandex pants underneath, boots, tank top. A couple buddies look about the same. Rockers, actual musicians. Hanging out at the hoity toity mall where the "rich kids" go to. They must have a weapon, lets get the cops come in and put guns to their heads and threaten them then... oops, they are law abiding upstanding citizens. This is embarrassing. Have to let them go after threatening them.

This was the 80's before everyone had a camera and cops could really get away with their out control nonsense. That 19 year old guy who had a gun to his head because of his clothes and his hair was me. I can imagine a lot. The difference is I didn't try to take their gun, and I had not committed a crime that caused me to act a fool. The garbage you are spewing is as bad as Rev's. It's just gets hard to care when a buncha idiots tell me what I can and can't do because of the color, or lack thereof, of my skin.

 

Based on your statement, I assume you have never said a single negative thing about any government official.

I think it's immoral and unnecessary for one to bear false witness against another especially when the one doing the false witnessing calls himself a reverend.
