    I just knew this was a joke. SMH

    They're nuts. But I guarantee that if it stays open, they'll strongarm a lot of folks into doing it just like they do when they are trying to get a confession.

    I am afraid that I am unfamiliar with 'SMH', but it is no joke.

    I will agree that the chief is nuts...or at least delusional.
